Practical Guide to Czechia

Planning to move to Czechia for work, study, or an extended stay? This course will help you understand everyday life in the country and feel more confident navigating your new environment. Through eight interactive online sessions led by experts, you will explore Czech traditions, contemporary society, communication styles, social customs, institutions, and daily routines. By the end of the course, you will have the practical knowledge and cultural context needed to settle into life in Czechia with greater ease and confidence.

  • Schedule: Eight weekly online sessions lasting 90 minutes, plus a 45-minute introductory session

  • Format: Small-group online instruction

  • Language: English; minimum recommended level B1
