Czech born pianist Jiri Nedoma, now living in Boston, will perform his original music, preludes of George Gershwin, Jaroslav Ježek's Bugatti Step, jazz standards from the Great American songbook and more. The evening will also feature singers Martina Fiserova and Jan Smigmator and the one and only Karel Ruzicka Jr. on tenor sax.

Jiri Nedoma is a former member and soloist of the Czech Radio Bigband. With degrees from the Berklee College Of Music and New England Conservatory Jiri decided to pursue his music career in the Greater Boston area, where he performs regularly and works as studio musician and a piano instructor.
Jiri studied with such renowned jazz musicians as Joanne Brackeen, Hal Crook, Fred Hersch and Jerry Bergonzi, to name a few and worked and recorded with Grammy-winner Terri Lyne Carrington, singers Gabrielle Goodman, Nadia Washington, Albino Mbie and trombonist Hal Crook, among others.
Jan Smigmator is a Czech jazz singer, an embodiment of the connection between the music of the 21st century and swing kings like Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Mel Tormé, or his music hero Tony Bennett! Since 2019, he has been a student of the legendary American singer, entertainer and educator Marilyn Maye. His voice, style, phrasing and love for the music rank him among the leading contemporary jazz and swing performers in Europe.

New York based singer songwriter reflects her love for jazz in her original songs, meshing harmonic sophistication with unpretentious and personal expression.
Saxophone player Karel Růžička Jr. received many awards here in the U.S. as well as in the Czech Republic.
