The next Czech Photography Masterclass on our Instagram is with the imaginative Bet Orten, who will introduce her multifaceted works. Join Bet Orten (@bet_orten) for her Czech Photography Masterclass on 28th April.
Bet’s work oscillates between genres – from fashion and documentary photography through to portraiture and landscape photography. Through her photos, she paints poetic images and tells stories that we all know but that might have not been written yet.
Bet garnered her experience mostly abroad. She worked as assistant in the team of the famous American photographer Steven Klein, while living in New York. Bet doesn’t want to be pigeonholed; she sees photography as a way to express her inner vision, to understand life and the world. She was awarded the Czech Grand Design Award as Photographer of the Year in 2012 and is a graduate from University of the Arts London.
