Czech Center New York remembered the 80th anniversary of Věra Čáslavská's birthday, renowned Czech gymnast, whose life was significantly influenced by the dramatic moments of the 20th century. Beside the screening of a documentary made by Olga Sommerová, the evening featured also recorded messages from friends and family.
