Czech quitar player Lukáš Sommer will play in Carnegie Hall on January 11, 2022. The concert starts at 8 PM.
Lukáš Sommer about the planned concert: "I chose my most challenging pieces for this special concert. My aim was to overcome the common technique possibilities of guitar playing. At the same, these pieces relate to certain moments in my life and the concert will be kind of a documentary collection of these moments. I look forward to performing in NYC very much, and I am happy I can follow up on my concert in Kennedy Center in Washington, which took place right before the Covid times. I look forward to meeting Czech expatriots and friends that I have not seen for a long time."
