The next installment of our online lectures on the Czech language is here! PhDr. Marie Kopřivová, Ph.D of Charles University in Prague will talk about the ways we talk to each other and the ways we talk by ourselves.

The lecture will be conducted in the Czech language via Zoom
The lecture will focus on the different speech characteristics between dialogue and monologue. It will also cover strategies for maintaining audience attention and how to express agreement and encourage the speaker to continue.
