Discover Havel and Prague through stories, pictures, and creative play. Artist and illustrator Sylva Francová invites children ages 7–14 to a storytelling session and hands-on workshop exploring his life and the city he called home.
REGISTERPart of Havel 90 Festival, the program introduces children to Václav Havel through a conversation with Sylva Francová, followed by a creative workshop inspired by Havel and Prague.
Francová wrote and illustrated Áďa spadla do kanálu aneb Putování dávnou Prahou, an illustrated adventure through Prague’s past. Her work spans illustration, photography, and artists’ books, with a particular focus on children’s literature.
Parents are welcome. Capacity is limited to 12 children, and advance registration is required. Please complete a separate form for each child.
